Justin Castelan, Melbourne barrister, started this blog in 2012. Since that time he has published more than 100 articles here on media and defamation law. He is a regular speaker on the topic of Defamation Law for the Leo Cussen Institute in Victoria and has appeared on New Zealand Radio on Newstalk ZB, Foxtel SkyNews, and contributed to The Age and the Inforrm Blog in the United Kingdom.
